Plus — if you aren’t local and need it — clear glaze can be added to your order (we use Abbott’s Clear, a beautiful glossy finish).
(Note: Clear glaze is required for a food-safe finish!)

🔥 Important Firing InfoYour painted mug needs to be glaze fired in a kiln to Cone 6 (1220°C) — it cannot be cured in a home oven like some craft kits. This firing is what makes your piece food-safe, wash-ready and truly finished.Once you’ve painted your mug, here are your options to fire it:Bring it back to me and I’ll fire it for you, orTake it to your nearest potter or ceramic studio and ask for a clear glaze fire to Cone 6 (1220°C).This part is essential — your mug won’t be complete until it’s properly fired! 🔥
